Why does it feel like this is happening every day? Hasnt Apple been sued? And dont they monitor what is released for download? This is what seperates Nintendo from Apple. Although Apple has more downloadable apps, half of them are copyright infringement.

any way can we all stop pretending apple is comparable to nintendo, M$, or Sony? there not in gamming and they never will be. its irritating now.

Oh wait, everything is fine. Look at the name, Chin-Wen Yang. The person that made this game is from China. Copyright laws don't exist in that magical land of originality. Nothing to see here, move along.

Lol! That is awesome. The iPhone and Apple had the chance to be a competitor to Nintendo or Sony, but after trying out a number of apps on the iPhone, I can say that I agree 100% that there is NO quality control on Apple's part and most the apps are complete sh*t.
