EDIT: Also, she's gonna be in some movie called "The 4th kind" so maybe she was talking about that?

Well duh! Considering she's engaged and mother to the director's child, it's a done deal.

I always did dislike the whole Alice saga with her stupid psychic powers and clones that basically barfed out a whole new story outside of Resident Evil.

But since they've established this whole thing, might as well enjoy the dumb ride.

I actually like the RE live action films for what they are. I did think Degeneration was better since it was a canon story featuring CG recreations of Leon and Claire (they even got the VAs from RE2 [Claire] and RE4 [Leon] to come back, which they're also doing for Darkside Chronicles), and a plot that was very RE in tone, but I still find something about the live action films amusing.

First one was a pretty interesting movie, and Marilyn Manson's musical score was also pretty good. Second movie more or less tried to be it's own version of RE3. Didn't really work out too well, but it was a little nice to see them include characters from the games. I liked the third movie when I saw it in theaters, particularly the "mansion recreation" scenes that reminded me a lot of Code Veronica, and when Dr. Isaacs injected himself with T-virus and turned into a Tyrant.

Instead of butchering the name "Resident Evil" the movies should have had a different name, like "Psychic Alice and the Zombie Outbreak" or some crap. Because the movies were utter trash, even when considered separately from the RE franchise are poorly written and poorly performed.

At least Degeneration showed them how its done in some ways. Come on, Capcom, show them again if need be.

I feel bad for her or any celebrity because of all those people with cameras following them around. She seemed a bit annoyed by it was was actually pretty polite... but still... damn.
