I see they're referring to TMNT: The Arcade Game and TMNT: Turtles in Time(original arcade version and not the remake Re-shelled for XBLA and PSN) on those lists.

Also, I really miss playing the Simpsons arcade game. ^_^

And the arcade version of Darkstalkers would be great addition to the VCA. :)

The X-men arcade game was so bad ass it needed 2 screens to play it right. That game rocked so hard, I truly hope whomever has the licenses to it will pony up and not make us sad gamers.

The holy trinity of arcade co-op play: X-men, Simpsons, and Turtles. Those were the tops for cooperative play in the arcades in those days. Fun as hell to play with friends. The X-men cabinet was a monstrosity, though. HUGE!!! Which was good cause it gave you enough room not to feel crowded. Good selection of games. Wouldn't mind seeing them as well.

As lame as the VC has become (one release a week WTF) I'm sure will never see these.

We have a better chance of them being put on the 360 & PS3 then the Wii (especially if they upgrade it).

I do miss the days of X-Men arcade I played the hell out of that back in the day.

@*InvalidRobot*

We 'all' want to play these games again, regardless; I could care less about console favorites or which digital download service they hit.

What are the chances of these games ever hitting the VC?

My favs were the Simpsons, the original TMNT arcade game (had it on my Commodore 64 back in the day), and Marvel vs. Capcom. Can we get some reduxs of these on the WiiWare/VC?

I have the best memories of watching the 90s X-Men cartoon with my dad, and then playing the arcade game with him at the mall. (I always rolled with Colossus. XD) It would be absolutely incredible to see this hit VC.

I also vaguely remember Turtles in Time in the arcade (before it closed down...), but I sure as hell rented it a crapload on SNES. Love it.

I've only recently played Simpsons at my local movie theater, but I know I'd jizz to be able to play it at home.

Somebody, please! MAKE IT HAPPEN!!! D:

yeah Xmen takes me back to the Pizza Hut by my parent's house where my friends and i played after school. I had a thing for dazzler and her luminous grenades.

VC arcade puts this up and it's on.

Simpsons reminds me of the arcade downtown where we just dumped quarters down that machine. Graveyard stage for supreme hilarity.

Nintendo Power's being pretty optimistic listing so many licensed games--but hey, if it were really true that anything's possible, I'd be eternally grateful to have Capcom's Dungeons & Dragons beat-em-ups.

X Men and Darkstalkers for sure.

I'd probably get simpsons, but i'd prefer beat-em-ups with a bit more of a meaty impact in the punches like

Alien vs. Predator
Magic Sword
The Punisher

I'll pass on the arcade TMNTs if they don't have the original music. The ones that were unlocked in the GCN TMNT beat-em-ups were bastardized all to hell.

@Jiggy
I like the way you think. Shadows over Mystara would dominate my Wii in more ways than two.

Among an excessive number of rednecks. XD

Who woulda thought they'd like their Simpsons arcade machines next to their moonshine and confederate flags?

I love The Simpsons arcade game, but I think it would be better suited for PS3/360 where online co-op would be implemented.

This is not the most wanted list, this is the "Don't even think about these coming to the VCA" list. T_T

(Except for Golden Axe, that is a shoe in)
