A portion of a 1up review...
Like Wii Sports, Wii Play, and Wii Music, this is a game made to be played with friends, and your enjoyment with the title will directly relate to how much time you're able to spend playing it with other people.

totally disagree , having a game that can't be broken with cheap tactics make it an excellent solo game. No way in hell anyone can ever score thirty in basketball or 300in bowling just to name a few. Even unlocking or playing through the ten stages of sword fight should be long enough to guarantee a single person experience
it goes beyond the dpad response and the analog response, failure is only player related.
I'm not too surprised those poor fellows probably never even played avoid the tennis ball in wiisports,or the wall bowling, multiple pin bowling, putting and so on
wiiplay i could understand , mostly because of the versus nature of the game and the awesome tanks game that would be an instant classic if it was on xbla.

I can imagine that to some the experience will probably be better when played with more people, but as for me I'll be sticking to playing alone for now. (usually if I want to play games with other people I just hop online and play some Conduit or Mario Kart with random people; yes I'm a "lone gamer," but hey that's just how it's always been with me.)
