Rockin' Pretty is actually a pretty decent game. I'd played the japanese version and enjoyed it.

Wow, RIZ-ZOAWD is one of the last games I would have expected to come out over here. Man XSEED is on a big role! I don't mind the name change since I have no idea how to pronounce the last part of the original name anyway. I'm guessing MGM and relatives of L. Frank Baum must not own the rights to Wizard of Oz if the name, story, and characters can seemingly be used freely in a game like this, so I guess that simply means it's public domain material (kinda like how American McGee had no troubles with Disney when making Alice, since Alice in Wonderland is pretty much now public domain).

Damn, I hate the Arc Rise Fantasia boxart. The Japanese one is so much better... Well, that always happens. American covers suck BAD. ALWAYS.

I'm hopying that the European will be more close to the Japanese one.

That is one of the biggest surprises in a long time....I remember when we first heard about RIZ-ZOAWD and I was sure we weren't going to see it in the U.S....very excited!

It sucks they didn't keep the name but what do you expect? They have to sell it as much as possible and the average Joe is pretty dumb. (No offense to anyone named Joe)

Isn't it good they were able to have the original name? Perhaps they couldn't have the name in Japan for some reason but was able to restore it for US? Wouldn't be surprised if that was the case.

What the hell is RIZ-ZOAWD? That has to be the stupidest title ever. Or is it supposed to be an acronym of some kind. Was it always Wizard of Oz related? This is my first time hearing about the existance of this game.

I just found out it's an RPG based on The Wizard of Oz. Wow, I'm officially interested!

Also, Riz-Zoawd is an anagram of Oz and Wizard. XP

I'm pretty sure the only thing MGM owns is the Ruby slippers. Everything else is in public domain.

But anyhow, I was honestly just thinking of this game yesterday and I can't believe it! I can't wait to get this.

It's an RPG based off of The Wizard of Oz. The name is an anagram of "Wizard-Oz."

Anyways, the games DOES have some pretty graphics... Really nice.
