Think of it this way. You can consider your glass the Tetris board, and if you do make a line in your glass, it'll eventually disappear. The best real-life version of Tetris ever...because it tastes great!

A little spacial logic will tell you these pieces are not going to sit flush with each other.

Actually, Thinkgeek carried ice tetromino trays for ages, and they do not appear to suffer from the same flushness problem as these do:
