Looks like there were two high-profile games being tossed around by EA, but with neither idea picking up steam, these projects have been left in the dust. It's a shame to see this, because I would have loved to see both projects! It sounds like there might be some hope for Mutant League to return, as the people that created the above cinematic were only working for EA at the time, they didn't create the work as a project that EA commissioned.

I really want to see Road Rash come back. Road Rash 64 was a lot of fun... even considering the N64's limitations to today's consoles.

Damn, Road Rash is stunning!
I still believe that a R game fits the Wii perfectly, and would be a decent success.

Augh! Dammit! I loved Road Rash on the 64! I guess I'll just have to hope for a VC release or something...

@RMC yeah, but Mutant league football is an EA brand - came out on the genesis originally. So, even if the group made this video without being commissioned by EA to do so, it's an EA property, RMC. I'm not exactly sure if I read your post properly, but that's what I take you to mean.

Wow, that RR looked awesome for such an early build. As a finsihed product, that could f-ing rule.
I boo EA for canning it.

Canned? Okay, any respect EA has gotten in the past two years is out the window. EA is officially worse than Activision now.
