We've seen some IMDB shenanigans before, but word has it that Charles Martinet provided the voice of the dragon above. If that's him, then he certainly has a great range in his voice! Thanks to GilvaSunner for he heads up.
UPDATE - Turns out this is true! Martinet's name appears in the credits.
