Ten Reasons Mario Will Live Forever (and Five Reasons He's Already Dead)

There is no other character like Mario, and there never will be. There have been characters that borrow some of Mario’s ideas and antics, but I can’t think of a single game character that comes anywhere near the quality that Mario brings with his major franchise outings. When it comes due to the pure, Mario adventure titles…no one does it better. If Mario leaves the game industry, I’m following right behind.
