GN Version 3.1

Minna no Theater Wii has been available in Japan since January, and we’ve talked about it numerous times. While things have been quiet on the service, it’s a new partnership with Fuji Soft that is going to make a big splash.

Starting tomorrow in Japan, Minna no Theater Wii users will be able to stream full-length movies to the Wii. Japanese users can expect some regional films, as well as 34 Western movies, including Mission Impossible, Eagle Eye and Breakfast at Tiffany’s. There should be 250 movies available for viewing sometime in the near future.

The best part is, there doesn’t appear to be any pricing change going on. Prices that were already on the service will remain intact for the Fuji Soft addition.
