Top 5 games you wish you could download

I’m not too sure I understand this list. It may only pertain to Xbox Live Arcade, but then again, it may not. There are titles on this list that happen to be out already. For example, ToeJam and Earl gets a nod. This game has been available on the Virtual Console for ages now! Either someone is being very picky with their platforms, or they’re going to be very happy to find out that the game is up for download!
