Monster Hunter movie could happen, Paul W.S. Anderson might be involved

Paul W.S. Anderson is doing interviews relating to his latest project, Resident Evil: Retribution. During an interview, he was asked about what other titles he would like to convert to film. Here's what Anderson said.

"Recently, I've been loving Monster Hunter! A film conversion is currently in planning."

It's not clear if Anderson is involved or just mentioned that a film is in the works. I'm guessing fans won't be too happy if Anderson was involved.
