Nintendo grabs Cappy trademark for merch and more
Just like the Super Mario Odyssey trademark earlier today, Nintendo has also filed for a trademark for Cappy. They plan to use the trademark for clothing, hats, toys, Christmas decorations and more. We're talking about the original form of Cappy seen above, and not Cappy as Mario's hat.
