Activision going after game pirate
Well, this guy is going to be in some serious trouble. James R. Strickland is being sued by Activision for copying/distributing bootleg games. The only one named specifically is Call of Duty 3 for the 360, but Activision accuses the man of copying other games as well. Mr. Strickland better have a good case to plead, because if he loses, he’ll be out up to $150,000 per offense. I wonder of copying/distributing those games was worth it!
