Granted, those themes showing up on Youtube the day before it officially came out must have spoiled a *lot* of unsuspecting people.
(If I were not lazy, when Metroid Prime 4 is about to come out, I would do everyone a service and upload a bunch of videos consisting mostly of exact rips of old songs, assorted fan remixes, and random obscure selections from like Panzer Dragoon or Bomberman Hero or something, and then I would give them outlandish titles like 'Metroid Prime 4 OST- Return of Phazon', 'Metroid Prime 4 OST - Sylux's Sacrifice', 'Metroid Prime 4 OST- Running from Robo-Chozo', and 'Metroid Prime 4 - Final Encounter: Ridley and Dark Samus'. That way the people getting random video recommendations or looking up other Metroid music would be spared from real spoilers.)
"The design of Ridley is much more improved, I really never got why they flattened his mouth in Other M."
Yeah, giving Ridley a random bird's beak and random head frills like Uncle Deadly from the Muppets was a weird decision in a game full of weird decisions.
"I don't know if any other game has done this, but I find it cool, that the cinematic moments show the change in your canon depending on what missile or beam you've selected, as well as the shots being in real time instead of a canned animation."
That indicates that the cutscenes are generated in engine instead of being rendered independently. Cool detail.
"Could be the most likely scenario to make that StarFox crossover rumor."
Honestly I think I would rather have no crossover than a crossover that forced me to buy an Amiibo. :-x
