So true. By combining physical with digital in this bizarre way they have created an abomination that has the worst aspects of both without any of the benefits of either:
physical: takes up physical space, game could get lost, stolen, broken, game cartridge has to physically be put into the system.
digital: takes up some precious memory, may lose access to it if it is not available to download some day.
But I mean as long as Bethesda is happy (aka raking in the cash) who cares?
