It's usually the 5th or 6th year where the support dries up. Except in a month the 3DS will have been out for 8 years, that's plenty of time, and they're still making games for it. It's not like they started development of a game and then half way decided to cut the console like with Skyward Sword.

Are there? Let's say there are, those Wii U games are probably Kickstarter games, i.e. games that started development years before devs knew Wii U was getting cut for Switch but they're already so far in they might as well release the game. I'd say it's more likely to see the opposite, those Kickstarter games are getting their Wii U versions cut in favour of Switch versions, like Bloodstained.
