Can’t wait until June 10th for the Switch successor to the Mario Strikers series? Well, you’re in luck, as Nintendo has announced a limited-time demo for the anticipated 5-on-5 sports game.

Mario Strikers: Battle League “First Kick” is available to download now via the Nintendo eShop, with a training mode playable while you wait for the online sessions to begin. An active Nintendo Switch Online membership is required to participate in worldwide versus or play directly with friends. The set online periods can be found below.

Downloaded it and went thru the training mode... the game feels REALLY polished, with tight controls and a LOT of techniques easy-to-learn-hard-to-master.
