Metroid Prime: Echoes sort of qualifies in that it had dynamic inventory drops based on Samus's health/ammo levels at any given moment. If she needs health: Defeated enemies drop health orbs. If she needs *a lot* of health: Enemies/crate drop the giant health orbs. If she needs missiles or beam ammo: Same thing.
