While there has been a bunch of controversy surrounding the original voice actor for Bayonetta, we now have some good news to celebrate with the game. Oddly enough, it also pertains to another voice actor for the series!

Anna Brisbin voices Viola, a new character in Bayonetta 3, and she decided to do some good by raising money for charity. Brisbin hosted a stream where she talked about her experience voicing Viola and working on the game, all in the name of Trans Lifeline. For those who don’t know, Trans Lifeline is a nonprofit organization dedicated to offering emotional and financial support to trans people in need.

By the end of the stream, Brisbin had amassed over $5,000 for Trans Lifeline, which is definitely a healthy sum. Hopefully this is just the first of many charity streams from Brisbin!

Raising money for trans people in need while the suffering in third world countries only intensifies. I'm not sure how to feel about that.
Obviously there are many people in EVERY country who need help and the question 'Who needs the most help?' is a very tough one.

@conangiga, probably the most ignorant comment I've seen on here. By your non-logic, no one should help or donate to anyone for anything unless all of them get help at the same time, because clearly selecting one charity over another isn't good enough. "Whataboutism" in its purest form. Don't help cancer research because ALS exists. Don't help ALS because heart disease exists. Don't help heart disease because homelessness is a problem. Don't help homelessness because hunger is a problem. Just say what you really mean which is "I don't like anything to do with trans people" instead of hiding behind the guise of "who needs more help".
