If you’re a big fan of Pokémon or videogames in general, a particular neighborhood in Las Vegas might be a place you want to call home.

Serenity Place, a neighborhood in Henderson, Nevada, has been growing incredibly quickly. This means new roads have been paved, and now they need some names. Andrea Miller, a construction manager at Harmony Homes LLC, is the one behind the names, and it turns out her children are the inspiration.

Miller’s kids are big into Pokémon, so she hears Pokémon names all the time. With streets in need of names and Miller’s head full of Pokémon monikers, she came to the perfect solution. Now Serenity Place is filled with street names like Jigglypuff, Squirtle, Snorlax, Charmander, and Charizard.

There’s no doubt these are some eye-catching names whether you’re a fan of Pokémon or not. Hopefully for some, these names will be even easier to remember. For all, giving directions will definitely be a lot more fun!

Don't get me wrong: Good for them that their town grows so quickly. But isn't water shortage a real problem over there? Wouldn't this be the LAST place you'd want to build cities and live?
