Fortnitemares event returns to Fortnite on Oct. 18th, 2022

Epic has announced that the world of Fortnite is soon getting a spooky makeover. Fans of Fortnite no doubt know about the Fortnitemares event, and now we know it’s returning for a 2022 installment. This year’s Fortnitemares festivities kick off October 18th, 2022.

Fortnitemares is a seasonal event in Fortnite that rotates in during the Halloween season. Usually, there is a set of challenges to unlock cosmetics and Season XP, along with a new Point of Interest and new weapons to play around with. Fortnite’s map is also decorated for Fortnitemares, and Candy becomes a consumable item.
