Beeny released with incorrect soundtrack, fixed version coming soon

Beeny, a tribute to the days when platformers like Donkey Kong Country reigned supreme, has made its way to Switch today. Unfortunately, it seems to have done so with the wrong soundtrack.
The developer behind Beeny has taken to Twitter to reveal that the Switch release includes the wrong soundtrack. As it stands, the game is using royalty-free music, but there’s a completely original soundtrack for the game that’s just waiting to be used.
This soundtrack will be applied at not extra cost through a patch, but that patch isn’t quite ready yet. That said, the patch has indeed been submitted, so we should see it’s release sometime in the next few days. As soon as it’s live, we’ll be sure to let you know.
