In the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu, the president of Falcom, Toshihiro Kondo, confirmed that the company is still planning on releasing three “refined” titles before the fiscal year ends on September 30th, 2023. One of the three was the recently announced Ys Memoire: The Oath in Felghana, and since it’s confirmed to be coming to Nintendo Switch, there is no reason to believe that the other two will miss the system, but only time will tell; and we’ll be here to cover it.

My guess is Ys I and II are next (assuming if Falcom considers them separate even though they're normally sold as a bundle).

I've played these games on PC so not too interested in Switch ports, but I'm glad they're coming for those who want to play the series on Switch! I really hope soon they make a remake of YS V, I believe its the only mainline game I have yet to play.

I look weekly for any Ys 1 for Switch information. Played it on the Master System when it came out late 80s and on Wii virtual console, tg16 cd version. Love that game. I would love to see Ys 1 for Switch!
