When the gang at Boundary Break isn’t spending time taking a game’s camera behind the scenes, they turn their focus on regional differences between games. They’ve tackled a lot of Nintendo titles so far, and that trend continues with the newest installment, which takes a magnifying glass to Super Mario World.

While it’s not talked about too often, there are quite a few differences between the Japanese and U.S. versions of Super Mario World. The differences pop up right from the game’s title screen and continue all throughout the experience. There are changes big and small, and you’re bound to see a few in this video you never knew about!
