Originally a title exclusive to Japan via the Super Famicom’s Satellaview Service, Kaizou Choujin Shubibinman Zero didn’t see the light of day for close to 20 years until its eventual 2017 re-release on a Super Famicom cartridge. The only problem with this re-release was that it still featured the game in Japanese, which provided a significant hurdle for non-japanese speakers to enjoy the game.

Now, thanks to the localization work of Svambo and Anonymousse, an English rom-hack of the game is available for fans to try out! With this localization, they have also updated the name to be Shockman Zero, which is in-line with previous western releases from the Shockman.franchise

If you’re interested in playing Shockman Zero now in English, check out the translation here.
