Pretty much since the launch of Overwatch 2, players have shared major concerns about matchmaking. Many believe matchmaking to be pairing players who just aren’t on the same level skill-wise, and it’s making for some very frustrating matches. Obviously, Blizzard wants to change things to ensure all players are having a better time.
While Blizzard has already detailed some efforts to tweak matchmaking, problems have persisted. That said, the team has been toiling away to keep improving the situation, and it seems some consider progress has been made within the last week or so.
