In the spirit of April Fools’ Day, Limited Run Games is offering a brand new version of the cult classic FMV game Night Trap for Game Boy Advance. Make no mistake, this is a real product that you can pre-order right now! That said, it’s only available for this weekend.
In the original Night Trap game, players could make choices in order to affect what happens. However, in the GBA edition from Limited Run Games, you won’t actually be able to “play” anything. Instead, this cartridge simply plays all of the FMV cut scenes from the game like a traditional movie. Because of this, it probably makes more sense as a collector’s item or a gag gift than a way to actually experience the game.
