Sakurai latest dev video covers team management

Masahiro Sakurai is back with another game development video, and this time he offers up a feature in the ‘Team Management’ category.

Sakurai says that the system he’s introducing in today’s video keeps team members in meetings a bit longer, but its pros far outweigh that one con. According to Sakurai, managing a team means also factoring in the cost of keeping everyone on the same page.

Sakurai also points out that his team ended up liking this approach to management as well, so it seems like a winner all around!
