Developer Acquire and publisher Square Enix have announced that their critically-acclaimed RPG sequel, Octopath Traveler II, has reached 1 million players worldwide across all platforms. Octopath Traveler II launched on February 9th, 2023, so that’s certainly an impressive milestone to achieve in just a few months. It’s unknown exactly how many of the copies sold are the Nintendo Switch version, but if history is anything to go by, it’s likely a decent chunk.
