For every hardcore gamer out there, there are plenty of others who haven’t even laid a hand on a controller. When it comes to Manic Mechanics, the dev team wanted to make sure they crafted an experience that welcomed absolutely everyone.

In an interview with GamesBeat, 4J Studios’ Chris van der Kuyl spoke about the goals they had for Manic Mechanics, and right from the start the team wanted to ensure the experience was a welcoming one to all players.

“We really wanted to get the gameplay tuned to a place where it’s accessible for people who don’t play games often. The phenomenal gamers can find the extra easter eggs on a difficult level. But everybody can enjoy being together. Manic Mechanic did that for us.”
