There have been rumblings of a Duke Nukem movie for decades now, but it seems plans are finally moving ahead.
It’s been confirmed that Legendary Entertainment is bringing Duke Nukem to the big screen, thanks to a collaboration with Cobra Kai creators Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg. Legendary will produce the film, as will Jean Julien Baronnet (Assassin’s Creed) of Marla Studios.
The crew is currently looking for a writer to bring the movie to life, and no official word on a director has been shared. Obviously, there’s still no word on who will play Duke Nukem, but actors like John Cena have previously stated their interest.
