Today, The Pokémon Company released some battle tips to aid Pokémon GO trainers in their quest to catch the Flying-type, Legendary Pokémon Therian Forme Tornadus.

First, the guide recommends that you utilize a Pokemon with Electric-, Ice-, and Rock-type attacks. The guide also recommends that these type of attacks align with your Pokémon’s Fast Attack and Charged Attack. “It’s not necessary to choose only Electric-, Ice-, or Rock-type Pokémon, but a Pokémon that shares a type with these attacks will benefit from a same-type attack bonus, which will allow these attacks to deal an additional 20% damage.” As always, if you have multiple of these type of Pokémon, choose the Pokémon that has the highest CP and stats.
