Nintendo explains how they take care of their employees

During Nintendo’s most recent shareholders meeting, an investor asked Nintendo to detail how they make sure to take care of their employees. Nintendo has no doubt been in the headlines recently due to some worker complaints, specifically on the American side of things.

In the response below, you can see Nintendo speak about their approach to ensuring employees are happy, healthy, and have a good work/home balance. Answers come from both president Shuntaro Furukawa and Shigeru Miyamoto.
