Kirby and the Forgotten Land was a hit right out of the gate with both critics and fans, bringing in major praise and big sales. Over in the UK, Kirby and the Forgotten Land’s launch sales were the biggest in the UK ever, and made it the fifth best-selling Kirby game of all-time in that region.

Fast-forward a few months past launch, and Kirby and the Forgotten Land has scored yet another sales accolade in the UK. This time around, thanks to the weekly sales data, we now know that Kirby and the Forgotten Land is the UK’s best-selling Kirby game ever. Remember, the sales data is only talking about boxed copies, so it’s very likely Kirby and the Forgotten Land became the UK’s best-selling Kirby game a few weeks back!

It’s great to see so many people embracing Kirby, and it looks like the character’s jump to the third dimension, along with the popularity of the Switch itself, led to this amazing achievement.
