Playtonic warns of Lil Gator Game playtesting scam

Lil Gator Game is coming to Switch later this year, but developer MegaWobble still has some work left to do. Unfortunately, their job is getting a bit more difficult thanks to scammers out there trying to fool fans into giving up sensitive info.

Publisher Playtonic has revealed that someone out there is offering fake beta testing for Lil Gator Game. Playtonic has made it very clear that this is a scam, and no such beta test is taking place. If you happen to see anyone offering this via social media or anywhere else, be sure to let Playtonic know.

Hopefully these troublemakers will close up shop in the near future. All it takes is word spreading on the scam, so make sure to do your part and keep fellow gamers safe!
