The Legend of Heroes: Trails series hits seven million sold worldwide
Legend has it the series has been quite successful
Falcom, developer of the Legend of Heroes: Trails series has announced that the franchise has managed to reach 7 million units sold worldwide. This is a considerable bump from the latest sales update, which announced that the IP reached 5 million sold as of Sept. 29th, 2020.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III and IV are both available on Switch right now, and The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero will see release on Sept. 27th, 2022. There’s no doubt that the series has found an audience on Switch, and that following has definitely contributed to the sales success of the franchise overall.
Following the release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero on Switch, fans of the series can look forward to The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel – Northern War, an anime series making its debut in Japan sometime in early 2023.
