Nintendo comments on IGN Revo tech specs

Nintendo has seen what IGN had to say about the Revolution’s technical specs, and felt the need to comment on them. Going off of a translated article that first started in Dutch, Nintendo has said that there have not been any official statements from their staff concerning the power of the Revolution. Furthermore, Nintendo also states that anything you see out there right now is “still speculation”, and that the final details (or at least much of them) can be expected to show up at E3.

This could be a case of Nintendo just trying to calm the storm, which I am sure they have noticed on their own messageboards. On the other hand, perhaps the final power of the system will involve Nintendo’s E3 announcements. My official stance on the matter is “no comment”. I have no idea which way to go, all I know is that I will not be taking any guesses as to the power of the system. I will sit here and wait, minute by painful minute until E3.
