- Osaki's role is "probably what would generally be called something like a producer."
- Takabe is the director of Future Stars
- Takabe wrote the design doc, gave instruction for creation of the "PV" videos that play during the game, and oversaw the development scen
- money and staff issues were left to Osaki
- Iwata says he has played a lot of Daytona
- AM2 has been working on Hatsune Miku since 2009
- the technology used for Mirai and the special Miku videos comes from Virtua Fighter
- creation of the PVs, the simulation for Miku's hair and the staff making them are from Virtua Fighter
- project manager You Utsumi revealed that the game originally showed the characters in their standard proportions
- the devs felt that the characters ended up looking too small
- a design choice was made to match the Good Smile Company's Nendoroid figures
