A listing for Disney Art Academy has popped up at retailer MacMall and Nintendo distributor Synnex. While Nintendo hasn't confirmed any of this, there is certainly a very legitimate chance of this being real. Let us hope we will hear more on the Nintendo 3DS title soon!
