To think that, at some point, this was going to be a big RPG adventure game. Oh Wii U.

Too old for what? The Japanese entertainment industry? If you think you're too old you are likely in the perfect demographic for it.

There isn't an age on fun. Lol. It's all about perception. In it's current form it's an excellent and well put together game. If you perceive it to be that grand crossover game you have in your head then sure it's a let down. Take it for what it's worth.

Yeah that's what I was expecting. But, note to self, somehow spinoffs or crossovers generally seem to not deliver. They always end up on a much smaller scale than you dream up when you hear the names.
