Japan - original Nintendo 3DS, New Nintendo 3DS have been discontinued

With the New Nintendo 2DS XL in Japan, NCL has discontinued two models in the family. As from today, the production on the original Nintendo 3DS as well as the New Nintendo 3DS has ended. This marks the end of the regular sized handhelds in that market. It will be interesting to see if the regular Nintendo 2DS takes that spot.
