Have you ever heard of Gamevice? I haven't either, but now Nintendo is intimately familiar with them. Gamevice thinks the Switch has pilfered some of their ideas. Gamevice has a device called the Wikipad, which also uses add-on controllers somewhat similar to the Joy-Con on Switch. As you might have guessed, the lawsuit calls for both damages and a ban on Switch sales.

You know you have a hot system when another company swoops in and says you're stealing their idea. Happened with the Wii multiple times, and now it's happening to Switch.
