North America - Nintendo takes third spot for the industry in TV advertising spend for Oct. 2017


- third place in the games industry for the month
- $10.9 million spent on 24 commercials
- these ran over 4,000 times and racked up 603.9 million impressions
- highest-spend ad was “Super Mario Odyssey: Jump Up, Super Star!,” with an estimated outlay of $2.3 million
- top networks that Nintendo spent on included Nick, Comedy Central, and Adult Swim
- top shows Nintendo spent on included SpongeBob SquarePants, South Park, and The Voice


I like it. Shows they are marketing the Switch towards all audiences.
