Nintendo suing mobile dev for patent infringement
Yet another legal battle has popped up for Nintendo, but this one has Nintendo going after another company. Nintendo claims that mobile developer Colopl Co. has violated patent rights 5 times, including the use of a joystick over a touch panel. Nintendo is looking for ¥4.4 billion ($39.33 million) in the lawsuit, while Colopl claims they haven't infringed upon any patents.
