[Update] Early details about the next update(s) for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp have been revealed, with a new event (Fishing Tourney) and new features (fish and bug record, easier gardening) coming soon.

Fishing Tourney details

- held at Saltwater Shores
- special fish will appear just for the occasion
- bringing the fish you catch to Chip will allow you to get special clothing and pieces of furniture
- this is based on the number and size of fish you bring him
- view the sizes of all the fish you catch, and also all the bugs that find their way into your bug net
- the Catalog will let you check out your biggest (and smallest!) catches at any time

Gardening

- developers are also working on ways to make gardening easier
- you will be able to plant, harvest, and water multiple flowers at a time in your garden
