Pokemon Co. details 20th anniversary Pokemon Center celebration events for Japan

As we've already discussed, the 20th anniversary of Pokemon Center in Japan is right around the corner. The big event kicks off April 25th, 2018, and Pokemon Co. has all sorts of fun things lined up. Let's break down the series of events, shall we?

- Shaymin will be distributed to players who own a copy of Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon/Sun/Moon
- the distribution is available at all Pokemon Center and Pokemon Store locations
- distribution begins April 25th and lasts to June 30th
- “Game Battle Meetup” will be taking place at several Pokemon Center locations on June 23 and June 24
- starting April 25th, tell any Pokemon Center staff the “secret password” to receive a promotional Pokemon TCG Shaymin card
- the password will be revealed on the April 22 episode of “Assemble at Pokemon House?”
- starting May 12, Pokemon Center and Store locations in Japan will give visitors a “Deluxe Clear Card”
- the first design will be distributed between May 12 to June 1, 2018, and the second will be given away June 2 to June 30
- between April 25 and June 30, purchase 4,000 yen or more on Pokemon Center products at to receive a Clear Card Holde-
every 4,000 yen entitles you to one Clear Card Holder
- a special Pokemon TCG Promo Card featuring Pikachu will be distributed at all Pokemon Center and Store locations
- for every 5 Pokemon TCG Booster Packs purchased, you’ll receive one Promo Card
- Pokemon Center 20th Anniversary commemorative merchandise will be released at all Pokemon Center and Store locations

- photo taking sessions with Pikachu will be held at all Pokemon Center locations between April 28 to May 6 from 11am to 6pm
