KORG Gadget's lack of exporting songs and MIDI support is due to "limitations of the Switch platform"

Yesterday we discussed some features that KORG Gadget was lacking, namely the ability to export songs and support MIDI devices. A lot of people blamed KORG themselves, but the company has now updated their FAQ with the following response.

Because of limitations of the Nintendo Switch platform, we can not support exporting songs and MIDI right now. We think this feature is very important, and we wish we can provide this functionality. Thank you for your understanding.

When they say limitations of the platform, I don't believe they mean in terms of horsepower. It seems like Nintendo might be blocking a few things that makes these options impossible, but KORG is hoping Nintendo update's their terms to make these features possible.
