We have our first third party, unlicensed Nintendo Labo kit

You can bet Nintendo didn't sign off on this packaging, especially the use of the "Make, Play, Discover" tagline. That said, I don't think there's anything wrong with third party companies making their own cardboard kits for Nintendo Labo. It's just like another company making a controller for a Nintendo system. I just think this company is trying to fool people into thinking that this product is official by closely mimicking Nintendo's packaging.

I knew that PALY brand sounded familiar. They showed this thing a while back: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7OwZUX-NRM
The trailer for it starts at 1 minute in, and is absolutely hilarious.

Neat concept, but they should really change that packaging before Nintendo sues them for trademark infringement.

I'm with you on this RMC, I'm imagining lots of non-gaming parents and younger children thinking this is actually Nintendo Labo. Likewise, I think it'd be great to see lots of creativity coming from third-party takes on Labo!
