We kind of guessed this the other day when we saw that one screenshot from Runner3, but now Choice Provisions and the man himself have confirmed it. Charles Martinet provided voiceover for Runner2, and now he's doing double-duty for Runner3! We know he can narrate, but is he as nimble as Commander Video?
